Mycometer ApS was founded in 1998, by Morten Reeslev and Morten Miller as a spin off from a research group at the University of Copenhagen.
MycoMeter ApS develops test-kits for detection and quantification of microorganisms and serves as a consultant solving problems related to practical microbiology.
The first product, the Mycometer®-test, was presented to the market in DK 1999. It is a field test for detecting and quantifying mold in buildings. Mycometer ApS holds the method patent and the registered trademark.
Our newest product the BactiQuant® method was developed and presented to the market in 2006. The BactiQuant® method detects and quantifies bacteria in water systems. A patent application has been filed and Mycometer ApS holds a registered trademark.
MycoMeter ApS has an extensive international research network including Universities, Public Research Institutions and private enterprises in indoor climate research.
